Mission Statement
To provide a safe space among like-minded neighbors to support the discussion of feelings and concerns about the risks to our democracy and to engage in non-violent, constructive action to support our democracy, constitution and the rule of law.
Guidelines for Participation in Group
This group is a resident led, resident only group. There are no other membership requirements except to endorse the mission of the group. There are no minimum attendance requirements and each person is encouraged to do those actions and activities that they are comfortable with. The group will meet as a whole monthly to support each other and will engage in separately scheduled action groups reflecting members interests and issues of concern. Action groups currently are Demonstrations/Vigils, Voter Engagement and Participation, Postcard/Letter Writing, and Communication/Coordination. You may join a group to participate in organizing events or show up at planned events without being involved with planning.
